VIFA ASEAN 2026 will open its doors on September 2 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre in Ho Chi Minh City, running through September 5. Organizers expect a busy schedule with more than 600 booths and around 200 participants from Vietnam and abroad.

International Presence Highlights the Fair

Exhibitors will hail from the United States, Canada, China, India, Japan, South Korea, the Netherlands, Bangladesh, Singapore, Malaysia and several other markets. The mix of local and foreign vendors aims to showcase a broad spectrum of indoor and outdoor furniture, as well as handcrafted pieces that reflect regional culture.

Among the domestic companies slated to appear are Sangtang, Global Furniture, An Hoa Phat Furniture, The Rug Republic, and MT Pottery. Government bodies such as the Royal Thai Consulate and the Indonesian Furniture and Crafts Industry Association will also maintain a presence, offering buyers a chance to discuss policy and trade matters on the spot.

Specialized Pavilions Offer Targeted Solutions

The VIFA House and Building Pavilion will gather exhibitors focused on construction materials, equipment, and smart‑home technologies. This dedicated zone is intended to link manufacturers with architects, contractors and project developers, creating a more complete exhibition ecosystem.

Organizers have scheduled seminars on September 3 and 4 featuring speakers from Huiyuan Culture Group, TikTok Shop and Wayfair. Attendees can also mingle in a designated networking area that provides coffee, social‑media activities and opportunities for partner searches.

Within Hall B, the SIGTEX Vietnam 2026 Pavilion will present green‑technology solutions, industrial machinery, electrical equipment and renewable‑energy products. By clustering these sectors, the fair creates a hub where investors and buyers can explore complementary offerings.

Parallel Sourcing Event Expands Buyer Reach

At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Trade is hosting Vietnam International Sourcing 2026 in Hall A of the same venue. The parallel show will feature over 400 Vietnamese participants from food and beverage, home appliances, lifestyle and health sectors, as well as the broader export supply chain.

Promotion through Vietnam’s trade office network across multiple countries is expected to draw large groups of international purchasers. The combined presence of both fairs positions Ho Chi Minh City as a regional hub for sourcing and partnership formation.
